At One Wild Loaf, everything begins with the wild — in life and in dough. The same patience and surrender it takes to weather life’s rises and falls are what shape each loaf we make.

Every batch begins with our living sourdough starter -Stephanie 🥰-tended by hand and fed with 100% organic ingredients. Our breads are naturally leavened — no commercial yeast, no shortcuts, and no added sugars — just flour, water, salt, and time.

Our baked goods — from scones to muffins to brownies — are kissed with nature’s own sweetness: dates, coconut sugar, and maple syrup. We let nature lead the way, never forcing perfection but honoring what unfolds.

We chose a small batch set up with limited production to honor the natural cycle of sourdough. Each batch can take up to two days to come to perfection — or to come out delightfully imperfect. And as our name implies, one loaf inevitably decides to rise a little sideways, dance in the oven, or puff up with personality. We call that the wild loaf.
